Grape Varietals & Region: A unique blend of 75% Viognier, 12.5% Chenin Blanc, and 12.5% Chardonnay

Taste Profile: Intense and captivating entry of pure, pristine stone-fruit characteristics, dominated by ripe peach and sun-kissed apricot nuances. Explosive layers of salted pawpaw, clove and cinnamon spice dusted on canned white pear. Subtle Turkish delight perfume completes the potpourri of flavour.

Winemaking Process: The wine was barrel aged in small French oak barrels for 7 months to emphasize the enticing perfume of the blend, while the Chenin was skin fermented to add a silky texture to the wine
