Terre Gaie Pinot Nero Stema IGT 2024

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Veneto, Italy. ‘Stema’ is a variety of Pinot Noir rooted in volcanic soils andcrafted from 12-20 year old vines. 

Taste Profile: Garnet red Pinot Noir with an intense & fruity bouquet of blueberry & strawberry. Full in the mouth with pleasant, soft tannins & a slight vanilla finish

Winemaking Process: Destemming and slow must fermentation (12-15 days) in stainless steel tanks (gravity-flow). Malolatic fermentation and aging for 15 months in steel tanks before bottle.
