Grape Varietals & Region: 10% Carricante from Etna subregion of Sicily, Italy. The grapes, known for ripening late and gaining serious complexity with age, come from communes of Sant Alfio on the eastern side of Mount Etna and Castiglione di Sicili on the north side

Taste Profile: Nuanced & Savoury, it drives with aromas of yellow apple, dried florals, hints of raw almond and smoke. This is soft-textured with a lovely acid balance that motivates its saline-tinged orchard fruits and hints of sour melon. The Buonora finishes with finesse, both lightly structured and classically dry

Winemaking Process: After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel before undergoing bâtonnage for three months before bottling.
