Taste Profile: Following the consistent house style for this appellation cuvée across recent vintages, expect an elegant, balanced, and appetizing wine, offering the classic red cherry, black tea, and savoury, leafy character of the grape variety on a good, tangy texture — light to medium in body, slightly tannic, which adds to the mouthfeel, with a lingering finish. Best paired with red meats, veal, or game.
