Rosewood Estate PTG 2024

Short for “Passe-Tout-Grains”, meaning a lighter style Burgundy red blend

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Pinot Noir (30%), Gamay (33%) and Blau (7%) from Ontario, Canada

Taste Profile: Bramble berry fruit on the nose with light spicy notes.  The palate is snappy and refreshing like Ocean Spray cranberry juice and strawberry rhubarb jam.  Dry and crisp and very gulpable

Winemaking Process: PTG is produced by using the press-wine from each of the separate varietals mentioned above. The blend is completed in stainless steel and allowed to age here over the winter. This retains PTG's distinct freshness and light hearted attitude.
