Garage Project TINY XPA

Specially fermented to give all the juicy hop character and tropical aromatics you've come to expect from your XPA, just without the booze. 

Brewed with pilsner malt, Simcoe, Strata and Citra hops, the result is a bright golden XPA with notes of zesty lemon sherbert, citrus, pineapple and a pine hop character. Clean, beautifully balanced and intensely refreshing.

Instead of using brewers yeast, TINY uses a specialty yeast derived from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This yeast ferments but doesn’t create alcohol in the same way as brewers yeast. It dies naturally at 0.5%, but TINY tend to stop the fermentation a little earlier, around 0.3%
