Taste Profile: This wine displays a rich, dark garnet hue in the glass.  Aromas of classic cassis, fennel pollen, tobacco, and violets are enhanced by a dusty tannin typical of Rutherford.  The palate expresses notes of dark, ripe fruits on the entry and finishes with an elegant structure, integrated acidity, and a lingering finish.

Winemaking Process: This Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
