Charlotte Dalton A Change is Gonna Come Pinot Noir 2024

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Adelaide Hills, Australia. Grown by Alan in Piccadilly and Dave in Cuddly Creek

Taste Profile: Strawberry and cherry with soft tannin and gentle acidity.

Winemaking Process: A mix of 2 different fermentation techniques. The first batch is 1/3 whole bunch, with gentle pump over 4-5 times a day. After 10 days, it is pressed into French barels, of which 30% new. The second batch undergoes carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, before being pressed to oak. 

All barrels are blended together with a touch of sulphur and nothing else. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
