Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Shiraz from the Deanery vineyard in Balhannah - Adelaide Hills

Taste Profile: The wine is plush, bright and delicious but also has a very serious side to it.  Raspberry, blueberry and spice dominate the nose.  The palate is soft and juicy but it  finishes long with lots of little, structure building tannin and a gentle grip

Winemaking Process: 30% whole bunch in the ferment.  The ferment is pressed to oak when all the sugar is used up. 30% of the oak is new French hogsheads
