Taste Profile: A pale golden color with intense nuances, with aromas of citrus & flowers revealing buttery & saline flavours on the palate, with a mineral finish

Winemaking Process: Vinification occurs in steel tanks and the wine rests on its lees for over 36 months, before the final dosage was added
