Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Barbera from the Barbera d'Alba DOC of Piedmont, Italy. 

Taste Profile: A juicy red wine with effusive aromas of red and black fruit, combined with hints of aromatic plants. On the palate it’s smooth, fresh and nervo. A wine with a marked acidity and a solid astringency which make it ideal for fatty foods

Winemaking Process: Created from tradition, it follows a markedly classic style, vinified in cement tanks, followed by ageing in old Slavonian wood foudres for a year. It rests in the bottle for another year before being released to the market.
