Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Grenache from the Olifants River region of South Africa

Taste Profile: Light in color, often described as a "see-through" bright red. Dominant aromas of pomegranate, wild strawberry, and raspberries. Subtle notes of Turkish delight, cherry, and fresh earth.
On the palate, a juicy red berry profile with fresh acidity and extremely soft, silky tannins.

Winemaking Process: Grapes are hand-picked in the morning and undergo natural fermentation in open neutral vessels. The wine is matured for three months in neutral storage tanks, followed by four months in old 300L French oak barrels
