Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Susumaniello from Puglia, Italy

Taste Profile: Intense ruby red, with faint violet hues. Bouquet composed of red fruits, raspberries and plums. Cinnamon, black cherry, red rose petals and, in the finish, white pepper are also identifiable. The taste is characterised by a good gustative balance between softness and alcohol. A wine with soft tannins, with good freshness and great drinking pleasure.

Winemaking Process: The wine matures mostly in stainless steel, with a small percentage in French & American wood
