Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Antão Vaz, Alvarinho and Arinto from Alentejo, Portugal

Taste Profile: Golden in colour, the wine has exuberant aromas of tropical fruits and a slight nuttiness. Rich in fruit with a clean freshness and long finish.

Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting. In the winery, In the bottle for a period of three months. The grapes were selected on a sorting table and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a low temperature for 19 days. Aged n tihe bottle for a period of three months
