Battles Wines One Armed Scissor Chardonnay 2024

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Western Australia. Majority Margaret River fruit, with some from the Perth Hills. 

Taste Profile: Gingin clone from Margs, giving it creamy mouth filling texture with nutty cashew notes, the buttery richness balanced by the fresh Margaret River acidity. A little funk and grip adds to the intrigue and individuality.

Winemaking Process: Wild ferment in barriques & puncheons. Majority went trough malolactic; bottled after 9 months in barrel
