Donum’s winemaking philosophy is to craft exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay while preserving natural resources. It begins with creating an environment where the vines thrive and yield the highest quality fruit possible with minimal intervention. Under the guidance of our winemaker, Dan Fishman, the resulting wines display a concentration of flavor, energy, and vibrancy that derives from the land in which they are grown. All Donum wines are made with organically grown grapes sourced from our five Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyards.

About Arke’stone: Arkenstone is a family-owned winery located on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley, California, focusing on estate-grown and organically farmed wines, particularly Bordeaux varietals. Owners Ron and Susan Krausz purchased the property in 1988 and developed the estate, including planting the vineyards in 1998 and building an underground winery completed in 2008. The estate's 13-acre vineyard is divided into 22 blocks, and the winery uses a gravity-fed system for its winemaking process.
