AR DE ARTE SARDINES IN OLIVE OIL

Traditional and sustainable fishing art since the 15th century (there are currently 425 boats in Galicia), it takes place at evening and sunrise. The fisherman removes each sardine caught in the net, still alive, maintaining its freshness and quality until it is processed. Its aging in the can improves its flavor and texture, which is why we have waited 8 months from its manufacture to present it.

It is a limited edition of 1000 units, fished in Rianxo (A Coruña).
