Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Loureiro & Vinhao from Vinho Verde, Portugal. 

Taste Profile: Bright pomegranate red with delicate orange reflections. Playful nose with rooibos tea, red fruit tea, spices such as cinnamon and clove, complemented by eucalyptus, mint and subtle fruity notes. Enormously lean and juicy with an intense herbal flavour, accompanied by a fine spiciness and positive bitterness

Winemaking Process: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed, crushed and pressed according to ancient methods. Fermentation and ageing take place in clay amphorae
