Firefly squid caught in the Sea of Japan is boiled, smoked, and then marinated in oil. Each piece is bursting with flavour. Enjoy it as a side dish with sake, or as a pasta topping.
Sakhalin Shishamo (capelin) with roe are marinated in oil with a light touch of salt. The fishes are fatty and have a nice bite, along with the texture of roe.
Delicious in salads or pizzas, or pan-fried in butter and finished with a squeeze of lemon.
