100% Semillon, drawn from 70 year old vines in Block 2 and Block 8, of the Old Quarter–planted predominantly on clay. Hand-picked, and barrel-fermented in a singular 8 year old French puncheon, where it spent one year on lees before being bottled. 1,200 bottles produced.
